Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests are accepted only within 7 days of placing the order and only if the item has not been dispatched. • If the order has been passed to the seller/merchant and is out for delivery, cancellations will not be entertained. • In such cases, you may refuse delivery when it arrives.

Return Due to Damage or Incorrect Item

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please report it to customer support within 7 days of delivery. • We will coordinate with the seller or brand to verify the issue and initiate a replacement or refund. • This applies if the item does not match its description or fails to meet your expectations.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

• Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty should be claimed directly with the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

Refund Processing

• For approved cancellations, refunds will be initiated within 7 days. • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. • Please allow 24–48 hours for the credited amount to reflect in your account.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the item has been dispatched or is out for delivery, unless refused on arrival.
  • Refunds are processed only after verification of eligibility and product condition.
